MCC appoints chief human resources officer

Tatiana Berardinelli joins MCC with extensive global experience leading high-performing teams and fostering inclusive, people-first cultures.

MCC has announced the appointment of Tatiana Berardinelli as chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective June 2, 2025. She will be relocating from Basel, Switzerland, to Atlanta, GA, USA.

Berardinelli joins MCC with extensive global experience leading high-performing teams and fostering inclusive, people-first cultures. She most recently served as CHRO at Clariant, where she led a global cultural transformation that significantly strengthened employee engagement and talent development while being a trusted strategic partner.

“Tatiana’s leadership and global experience align perfectly with our drive for a high-performing, engaged workforce towards our vision of creating the best place to work in the packaging sector,“ states Hassan Rmaile, president and CEO.

Previously, she held senior HR leadership roles at PPG Industries, Eastman Chemical, Dow Chemical, and began her career with Rohm and Haas. Berardinelli ’s career spans Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the United States, bringing a broad international perspective.

Berardinelli  holds a bachelor’s degree from Universidad del Norte in Colombia and a master’s degree from Jönköping International Business School in Sweden. A global citizen, she holds Italian, American, and Colombian citizenships.

As CHRO, Berardinelli  will oversee MCC’s global human resources strategy, corporate communications and serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.
